In recent years in America there has been a bit of a race to create the world's largest burger. There are various establishments in the USA which offer huge burgers of up to 50 pounds (23 Kg). The current record holder for the world's largest commercially available burger is Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield, Pennsylvania which offers the 50 pound Beer Barrel Belly Bruiser. The burger must be ordered 24 hours in advance and costs $179. One burger can feed up to 50 people.
There is another record on offer which is for the largest one-off burger ever made. The pictures below show the record holder in this category. The mammoth burger comes in at over 110 pounds! (50 Kg).
I wonder how long it will be until these records are broken yet again.
