Creative Soaps
December 8th 2008 00:00
Soap is made by reacting fats with lye, where it is then poured into a mould. Man has been manufacturing soap from the Roman days, and since then we've refined the process into a fine art form. It can also be very creative, with the use of various colours and moulds the soap maker can create an endless number of shapes and figures. Check out some great examples below!

I love making my own soaps; adding different oils and using different chocolate and cooking moulds, as well as ordinary household items is great fun.
Some of these are exquisite.
