Belgian Teenage Girl With 53 Too Many Tattooed Stars

Scarred from life: Kimberley Vlaminck shows her tattooed face. The 56 stars will cost G8,500 to remove

As reported around the word, this report from the Daily Mail tells of how tattooist Rouslan Toumaniantz says that 18 year-old Belgian girl Kimberley Vlaminck 'absolutely' agreed she wanted 56 stars tattooed on the left side of her face. However, Kimberly is suiing the tattooist cliaming that she wanted 3 stars only.

The procedure cost only G55, but laser surgery to remove the stars will be more like G8,500. Toumaniantz has thus far agreed to pay half the cost of removal, but Kimberley is suing him for the full cost plus damages as the surgery will leave permanent white marks on her face.

Kimberly says the mistake was made because she conversed with Toumaniantz in French and English, both languages of which he knows little. She fell asleep during the procedure, awaking to a nightmare of 53 stars too many.
However according to Toumaniantz, Kimberly knew exactly what was going on during the procedure, even looking in the mirror. The trouble only started when she got home and her boyfriend and father threw a fit.

What a load of shit!! He shouldn't give her a penny!! There is no way you sleep through all that on your face, and if your not in full understanding with your artist then find another!! I say her bad and deal with it for one!! And don't ever tattoo your face for two!! Stupid broad!!

"Seriously women"? Who said that's how all women act when they get tattoo's? I've gotten plenty myself and I'm incredibly happy with each one that I have. Just because this girl throws a hissy fit doesn't mean she represents all women who get tattoo's. Think before you speak.
And I agree that Toumaniantz should not pay a single penny for her stupid mistake, though its nice of him to agree to help her out even though she is acting like a spoiled little brat.

I have owned at tattoo studio and tattooed for over 20 years and believe me no artist out there would be so thrilled with a bunch of little stars that they just had to do 50 more of those tedious little bastards than they got paid for just for the hell of it . Get real !!! she just back slid when daddy got pissed.

ive been tattooing for almost ten years now. first off, her dumb mistake. she knew exactly what she wanted and didnt think it thru properly. the artist shouldnt pay for any of it. but i know why he is offering half. it was his professional responsibility to not do the tattoo in the first place. as a professional tattoo artist who works in the body modification industry we are responsible for our art. if a client walks in and asks for a tattoo that would definitely be a hinderance in life to someone who is not a part of this industry i politely explain that i cannot do it in good conscience. someone as young as that needs proper guidance in that respect and we as the artists have to hold ourselves to a certain standard. if a fellow artist asked for that i would have no problem tattooing their face or any other body part. but i would not do it for someone who has no idea of the consequences of their actions. but still, she asked for and received exactly what she thought she wanted and changed her mind after her boyfriend and dad flipped out and realized hef boyfriend didnt want to be seen with her after that.

I didn't think it was true at first...the other day a co-worker told me the story of a girl who "accidently got 50 plus stars tattooed on her face" and i thought to myself what a dumb bitch..now that i know more about the whole story i really beleive that she is the dumbest bitch to ever walk the face of not only this planet but any planet in the known universe.I have a bunch of tattoos and am heading in this afternoon to get yet another and i have never,,and i do mean never gotten 56 stars#on my face# that i didnt ask for...i think she had a lapse in whatever little bit of judgement or logical thinking she had thought it was a good idea at the time and after it was all over she went running home to show daddy and bo and they told her that people will now know by looking at her what they used to have to converse with her to know shes dumb...not only do i think that the artist shouldnt have to pay a dime,,i think she should pay him for having to put up with her stupidity...if ur gonna have the balls to tat up your face then have the balls to stick with ur decision...

She should get prosecuted for what she is trying to do, the bitch got what she asked for. Im 18 and have 2 tattoos and got the second one when i was 16 and drunk and i still felt it, so shes full of shit! Im glad she has them for life. I feel sorry for the artist cos of what she put him through he should get compensation!

wow ... this is sad! i have had all kinds of tatoos. some stupid but over all not too bad lol ... but you have to freaking think before you get tattoos ... and i agree with everyone here!! she WOULD HAVE FELT IT!! the face is so much more sensitive than say a wrist! and i defffffinately felt the one on my wrist lol .. this is just crap! poor guy!

This really caught me by suprised. One day bored at work browsing for my 6th tattoo ideas, I come accross this picture of a women with stars on her face. Lol no offense to her but she should of put those stars somewhere else on her body , not only is she unattractice but the stars just make her more stick out when she is walking on the street. To find out she is sueing for 53 more stars , first off how do you fall asleep during the first 3 stars? Second language barrior , hold up 3 fingures and point to the stars. Third it looks like this is her first tattoo , even with having 5 already I take at a minimum of 6 months thinking and planning what I want.

First off. I've had 6 tattoos. Each and every one, my tattoo artist laid a tracing on my skin. I looked in the mirror before the tattoo even started. So this dumb bitch noto nly saw the tattoo before she got it, but you KNOW she felt it when she was getting it. Especially on such a sensitive part of her body as her face. I think this guy is a saint for even offering to pay half.

no matter where u get a tattoo ull feel it. and she went to get the tattoo cuz SHE wanted to, but then after she found out her dad and boyfriend were pissed she turned it around and lied about it so shes the one to not get in trouble. no one is gonna take her side on something like this and i hope no one will. cuz they will know that shes just saying that cuz her dad and boyfriend flipped out.

one on my foot
one on my rib cage
there is no way in helllll that you can sleep through a tattoo, especially on your face.
