there should be a website where landlords can write the names of bad tenants so that other landlords can avoid renting to them.

Your text goes hereYour text goes hereI just don't see how anyone could live like that. I am sloppy at times...but that is beyond sloppy. That is a health hazzard among other things.
Hope they realize how nasty that is.

This time my place hasn't been trashed. My tenants took half a clothes line. Broke a window, removed fence palings, damaged the brick fence and others stuff.

I think we do need a blog or a facebook page of name and shame. TICKA really doesn't prohibit bad tenants enough.
