Fresh Prince Cab Fare

June 1st 2011 07:05
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is an American television sitcom that originally aired on NBC from September 10, 1990 to May 20, 1996. The show stars Will Smith as a fictionalised version of himself, a street-smart teenager from West Philadelphia who is sent to move in with his aunt and uncle in wealthy Bel Air in their mansion, where his lifestyle often clashes with that of his relatives. 148 episodes were produced over six seasons.

The theme song and opening sequence explain the context of the show, including the fact that Smith catches a cab from West Philadelphia to LA.

How much would such a cab fare cost?

See for yourself!

Beavis And Butt-Head Fan Art

April 13th 2011 01:42
The return of Beavis and Butt-head has been confirmed to the New York Post by sources at MTV. Mike Judge will create the new series and once again provide the voices of Beavis and Butt-head. The new series will feature the duo still in high school and will feature current music videos for the duo to comment on and make fun of. The animation will still remain traditionally hand-drawn. MTV president Van Toffler said the inspiration for him to ask for a revival was seeing a Lady Gaga video, adding that "I felt like there was a whole crop of new artists — and what the world sorely missed was the point of view that only Beavis and Butt-Head could bring."

In anticipation of their return, here are some pieces of Beavis and Butt-head fan-art
